Lay By's & Returns

We offer a 12 week lay-by service with a minimum of 10% deposit. If however regular payments are being made we are happy to extend this time frame to suit the customers needs.

The 10% deposit is not refundable if you have to cancel the lay-by for any reason.

If you find an item that you purchased does not meet your needs (eg it was the wrong size), if you have the receipt, you are more than welcome to come and exchange the item or get a store credit. We do not however give refunds if you have simply changed your mind.
